Bay Bennet, Campus Recreation
Bay Bennett is a lifelong outdoor enthusiast and community builder who’s spent years creating memorable experiences for clients. He currently serves as the Assistant Director of the Lakefront Park at Florida State, where he oversees park operations and the FSU Challenge program. Bay works to combine his love of the outdoors, mentorship, and community building to help students discover their best selves. Whether he's hosting events for the Tallahassee community or leading team-building adventures, Bay’s mission is to inspire growth, connection, and plenty of fun along the way!
Gen Ramirez, Center for Leadership & Service
Gen Ramirez (she/her/ella) currently works as the Leadership Programs Coordinator for The Center for Leadership and Service at Florida State University, her alma mater, where she earned her B.S. in Psychology, M.S. in Higher Education and will be starting her doctorate journey in Fall 2025. While in her current role, she has had the opportunity to develop and facilitate a variety of leadership presentations and programs for FSU students and members of the greater Tallahassee Community. She is passionate about providing leadership resources that are accessible and inclusive to all.
