Bridging the Gap

Applicants are required to be undergraduate or graduate students who have presented a need for financial assistance despite having already received funding for curricular or co-curricular opportunities on campus or beyond. The Bridging the Gap Scholarship can be applied to opportunities including but not limited to tuition, conference attendance and travel, study abroad, internships, and background checks.

Eligible students may be awarded up to $2,500 per semester, with a maximum of $4,000 per academic year. Applications will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis. Up to three awards may be granted each semester.

Applications for the spring award cycle are currently open through Oct. 2 at 11:59 p.m. The first 50 students to apply before the deadline will be considered for a spring award, which will be announced by Nov. 1.

• Summer 2027: Applications will be accepted Jan. 11-Feb. 28, with decisions announced March 12. 
• Fall 2027: Applications will be accepted May 17-June 25, with decisions announced July 16.
