CliftonStrengths

Unlock your potential and thrive in the classroom, at work, and as a leader! Discover your unique talents and strengths with the CliftonStrengths assessment and learn how to leverage them for greater performance and fulfillment in your personal and professional life.

What it is: CliftonStrengths is a 30-minute online assessment that identifies your top 5 talent themes from a list of 34.
How it works: The assessment uses paired statements and asks you to choose which best describes you, revealing your natural patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving.
What it helps you do:

  • Discover your strengths: Understand your natural talents and how they can be developed into strengths.
  • Improve performance: Use your strengths to achieve goals and maximize your potential.
  • Enhance self-awareness: Gain a deeper understanding of yourself and how you approach tasks and relationships.
  • Build stronger teams: Gallup says CliftonStrengths provides a common language for teams to understand each other's strengths and work collaboratively.
  • Promote engagement and productivity: People who use their strengths are more likely to be engaged and productive at work.

Take the CliftonStrengths assessment, then attend a workshop led by a certified CliftonStrengths coach to better understand and maximize your strengths.
